Anna Seed Art ships from Fawkner, Melbourne, with Australia Post.
Where we ship
We ship within Australia and to many countries overseas, including New Zealand, the United States, Canada and much of Asia. We do not currently ship to the European Union or the United Kingdom. Checkout tells you if we ship to your address.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and where it is going. Checkout shows the exact cost before you pay.
- Australia: Standard from $9.99, Express from $14.99 (AUD).
- Overseas: Standard International, from $12.16 (AUD) depending on the country.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship when they arrive in stock. If your order has a pre-order item, we send the whole order together, unless you ask us to send the other items first.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Customs, duties and taxes
Overseas orders may attract import duties or taxes in your country. Your country sets these charges, and you pay them when your parcel arrives.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged, email us at anna@annaseedart.com and we will help. See our Refund policy for damaged items.
