IMPORTANT: This grants entitles you solely to one personal use of this artwork for a tattoo on your persononly. No commercial use is permitted.

On purchase, you will be given access to a digital download of a form-fillable PDF. Complete this form with your details and the name of your chosen artwork, and send it by email to anna@annaseedart.com. Anna will review and sign the document, email it back, and you'll be good to head into your tattoo parlour of choice!
