This is a print of an original painting. I got the idea for this painting from my walk the other day. In amongst the bark of the trees I could sometimes make out faces in the swirls and knots. I decided to explore who those faces might belong to. And came to this idea of a friendly tree spirit, who relishes the chance to nurture and protect each springs nest full of eggs laid amongst her branches. Each artwork is printed on demand on acid-free archival quality paper, and comes with a small white border to assist with framing.
